I loved this episode because I, like Dawn, love conventions! Last year, I had a nursing babe and opted to sit out. I was seriously sad I broke my 4 year streak. My husband and I will be attending with friends again this year in Cincinnati, and I’m stoked!!

I know it’s an old podcast episode, but I had to share. I took my noise cancelling headphones to convention with me last year and it was a game changer. When it got too much I was able to wander into a less busy space and put my headphones on while I sorted my thoughts and got over being overwhelmed.
